One of many rollouts for one of our oldest customers. Our client reached out seeking a turn key solution for the removal of existing hot foods cases and the installation of new Wing bars throughout the northeast. T&J was tasked with the electrical disconnect and physical removal of the existing cases, unpacking, setting in place and electrical connection of the new Wing bar cases. Due to customer request, this project was carried out during the customer’s off peak hours 8 PM to 5 AM.
